For verified contractors and trades
Know the client before you bid the job.
ClientRater lets verified businesses rate the residential clients they've worked for. Look up a client by name, address or ZIP and see how other contractors say the job went: whether they paid, how they communicated, and whether the contractor finished the work to code.
Verified businesses only
Every member is checked against a contractor license, EIN or business listing.
Proof on every job
A contract, invoice or inspection record is required. It stays private.
The contractor goes on record too
Each review states whether the work was finished, to code and inspected.
Clients can respond
Clients can reply or dispute. A settled balance is marked Resolved.
Rating clients is always free
Free members get 3 client lookups a month. Pro is $19/month for unlimited lookups and alerts.
